When You Know Something Isn’t Right, But No One Can Tell You Why

Chronic symptoms. “Normal” labs. Appointments that end with more questions than answers. I help women and children find out what’s really going on by looking at how the gut, immune system, hormones, and hidden exposures affect one another.

Why Nothing Has Worked yet

Conventional medicine is excellent at emergencies and clear-cut diagnoses. Chronic symptoms are different. They rarely fit neatly into one diagnosis or one specialty. So the gut goes to a GI doctor, the skin to a dermatologist, the fatigue or anxiety to someone else and hormones to anyone willing to tackle them. Each appointment is short, testing is limited, and no one is connecting the pieces.

The result is symptoms managed one at a time, while the reason behind them goes unanswered.

How I Work

Your body doesn’t work in separate pieces, so I don’t look at it that way. The gut, immune system, hormones, liver, and brain are in constant communication. When one system is under strain, the others feel it, and symptoms can show up far from where the problem started.

Here’s what that can look like. A woman comes to me with bloating, brain fog, skin flares, and anxiety. On paper, that’s four problems and four specialists. Functionally, it may be one connected story. A hidden exposure in her home adds to the load on her liver. Digestion slows, the gut lining becomes irritated, and the immune system stays on high alert. That inflammation can show up in her skin and her brain.

Children are no different. Constipation, eczema, poor sleep, and big emotional reactions are often treated as separate issues, when the gut, immune system, and brain are deeply connected.

My job is to trace your symptoms back to where they started. I do that through a detailed look at your history, targeted testing where it adds real answers, and a plan built around your body. When we support the source, the other symptoms often improve along with it.

Do These Symptoms Sound Familiar?

If you track with more than one of these, there's likely a connection worth finding.

For women:

  • You’re exhausted no matter how much you sleep

  • Brain fog makes it hard to focus or find your words

  • Bloating, irregular digestion, or reactions to foods that never bothered you before

  • Your cycle, mood, or sleep has shifted and no one can explain why

  • You’ve become more sensitive to smells, chemicals, or foods

  • Your symptoms started or got worse after a move, a renovation, or a new job

  • Your labs come back “normal,” but you know something isn’t right

For Parents:

  • Your child has ongoing stomach pain, constipation, or loose stools

  • Eczema or rashes keep coming back

  • Sleep is a struggle for your child (and for you)

  • Meltdowns, anxiety, or focus challenges seem bigger than they should be

  • Your child gets sick often or takes a long time to recover

  • Behavior or health changed suddenly after an illness, a move, or a new school

  • You’ve been told they’ll grow out of it, but they haven’t

How I Help

Working together isn't about doing everything at once or changing your entire life. Instead, we:

1. Create clarity around what's driving your symptoms

2. Support and stabilize your body's foundations

3. Identify root causes and work intentionally toward restoring balance

I'm intentional about keeping things simple. Information overload only adds stress, and a body that feels supported, not overwhelmed, is a body that can heal.

This approach reduces guesswork, makes decisions easier, and allows your body to respond instead of constantly reacting.

Ready to Find Out What's Connecting Your Symptoms?

You don't have to figure this out alone, and you don't need to know where to start. A Clarity Call is a calm, focused conversation about what you or your child have been experiencing. We'll talk through your symptoms and history, and I'll share where I'd begin looking. You'll leave with a clearer picture and an honest answer about whether this approach is the right fit. No pressure. No obligation. Just clarity.
